Return & Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible, since many pieces sell out quickly.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items, Gift cards, and Items marked final sale

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.​​

At Global Sourceress, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. We carefully package our natural fiber clothing and offer various shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. We aim to be transparent about our shipping costs and methods, so you can shop with confidence.

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. During limited shopping windows or sourcing trips, order processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated by email if there are any expected delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks after your order is processed.

Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your package has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Global Sourceress is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Fragile or oversized items may require additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or delayed in transit, but we will do everything we can to help you locate your order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Limited Edition & Sourcing Window Orders

Because many of our pieces are sourced in small batches during international buying trips, shipping timelines may vary. Each sourcing collection has a limited order window, and fulfillment begins once the collection arrives in the U.S. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product or collection page.
